Best Lawyers awarded Brindley “Lawyer of the Year” for Plaintiffs Medical Malpractice Law in Seattle, based on recognition from his peers throughout the Puget Sound region. Cunningham, Beninger and Gellatly were also recognized in the Best Lawyers rankings for their professional excellence and consistently receiving impressive ratings from clients and peers. All four Luvera Law Firm partners have been included in the annual guide for numerous consecutive years.

This is the third time Brindley has received the “Lawyer of the Year” award for Plaintiffs Medical Malpractice Law in Seattle, also earning the distinction in 2016 and 2012. With only one attorney named “Lawyer of the Year” for each specialty and geographical location, receiving this honor is especially significant.
Brindley has been a trial attorney for more than 30 years, representing plaintiffs in personal injury and medical malpractice cases in state and federal courts. His expertise has earned broad recognition from his peers including this award, the 2014 Best Lawyers “Lawyer of the Year” award for Defendants Personal Injury Litigation in Seattle, and recognition as a “Super Lawyer” in each annual edition of Washington Law and Politics magazine.
